Approach
Inspired by the C-S-E Oneness Model and my own management experience across different cultures and organisations, the benefit of an integrated approach - aligning strategy design & execution in harmony with the organisational culture - becomes obvious.
CULTURE
Culture describes a combination of customs, values, beliefs, philosophies, heritage, practices, language, and social norms. Culture and cultural differences become apparent in a global, intercultural context - yet like in sports, a winning team and a winning organisational culture is based on unity in diversity. United in mindset, values and principles that drive action and collaboration.
"I came to see that culture isn't just one aspect of the game -
it is the game."
Lou Gerstner, IBM
"The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do."
Prof. Michael Porter
STRATEGY
Strategy is a choice. Following the framework of "Playing to Win", strategy is a coordinated and integrated set of five choices: a winning aspiration, where to play, how to win, core capabilities, and management systems.
EXECUTION
Strategy Execution focuses on a systematic process of prioritising hows and whats, tenaciously following through as one team while ensuring accountability. Execution based on an innovation culture of enabled, autonomous and empowered teams.
We follow the framework of Objectives & Key Results.
