FAN POTENTIAL Almost half (48%) of soccer fans in Germany say they follow both men's and women's soccer. In addition, one in three fans of a men's team also describes himself as a fan of the respective club's women's team.
GROWTH MARKET In the optimistic scenario for the 2031/32 season ("high case"), the commercial value of the women's Bundesliga is estimated at €130 million. Currently, the clubs generate less than €20 million per season.

TV REACH By the 2031/32 season, the average live reach of the Women's Bundesliga on free TV can be expected to increase fivefold.
CLUBS' INVESTMENTS 33% of clubs estimate their investment in women's soccer to be "high" over the next five years. Today, this is true of only 18% of clubs. Increasing visibility for the women's team is given as an absolute priority.
